Kristen Gilbert (born 1967 as Kristen Strickland) is a convicted American Serial Killer. Kristen was found guilty of 3 first-degree murders, 1 second-degree murder, and 2 attempted murders of patients who were being cared for at the VAMC (”Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center”) in Northampthon, Massachusettes. Kristens method of death was injecting patients with epinephrine, causing them to have a heart attack.

The other nurses had noticed a high number of deaths on Gilbert’s time, but unfortunately they passed it off, jokingly calling her the “Angel of Death“. Until finally in 1996, three nurses reported an increase in cardiac arrest deaths and a decrease in the supply of epinephrine, this was enough information to trigger an investigation. The prosecutor in her case, Assistant U.S. Attorney William M. Welch II, asserted that Gilbert was having an affair with a security guard at the hospital. The security guard, James Perrault, testified against her, to the point of saying that she’d confessed at least one killing to him. The defense attorney, David P. Hoose, claimed reasonable doubt, based on a lack of direct evidence.

Kristen was a single mother of two, was convicted on March 14, 2001 in federal court. Though Massachusetts does not have capital punishment, her crimes were committed on federal soil and thus subject to the death penalty; however, upon the jury’s recommendation, she was sentenced to life in prison.

The Bloody Benders were a family of serial killers who owned a small general store and inn in Labette County, Kansas from 1872 to 1873. The family consisted of John Bender, his wife, son, and daughter Kate. They say, Kate was very attractive and outgoing, and thus became a large draw for the Benders’ establishment. She proclaimed herself to be a healer and psychic who could cure sickness and contact the dead. Kate is believed to be the driving force behind the Bender family killings. Now thats some GOOOOD healin’ if ya ask me!

Now if you’ve been paying attention to ‘da media’ or horror movies in general you might see that this ‘type of family’ has been written and re-written in films such as - ‘American Gothic’, Tales from the Crypt (the one starring Tim Curry, he plays all roles too, Mom Dad and even da’Daughter!), House of 1000 Corpses and quite a few I can’t remember at this moment. Those crazy holly(magicalwooden) people and their silly fascinations with dead people!

Born August 10, 1933, Charles was adopted by Delle and Fred Albright, from an orphan’s home. His mother, a schoolteacher, was very strict and overprotective of Charles. She accelerated his education, helping him to skip two grades.

Charles Albright
His criminal career started early. At age 13, he was already a petty thief and was arrested for aggravated assault. At age 15, he graduated from high school and forged his way into North Texas University. At age 16, the police caught him with some petty cash from a cash register, two handguns and a rifle. He spent a year in jail. After his release he attended Arkansas State Teacher’s College and majoring in pre-med studies. Found with stolen items, he was expelled from the college before graduation but not prosecuted. He wasn’t fazed. He just falsified his degrees, stealing the right documents, forging signatures, and giving himself bachelor’s and master’s degrees that he didn’t earn.
