Andrew Cunanan – Gay American Serial Killer

Infamous notoriety gained through the tragedy of death. History repeats itself, in a not-so anticipated manner but nonetheless it is another reenactment of the same tale – the desire for a second in Hollywood’s lime light. Why do gay men especially fall prey to fame, fortune, scandal ? Possibly the perverted mental-plague of blinded, misguided hype in the desire to be ‘known’ or renowned. A product of the incestuous perversion of society’s chaotic hype. Maybe the attention deficit they experienced as a child? Probably a combination of a multitude of similar things..
Andrew Cunanan was no exception to this. He was the perfect example of ‘gay pride’ gone mad. If you won’t give me attention, dammit I’m going to take it from you !
Andrew’s killing spree lasted 3 months. The bloody rampage started with a simple jealous rage over his lover(s) infidelity into the heightened media circus of infamous Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace’s point blank murder.
