This guy has to be the most strikingly scary looking serial killer ever. If you have ever seen a picture of him, you’re likely not going to forget it. This man mutillated his victims, raped them, made some of them swear to satan, shot them in the head and not always in that order. He claimed that satan had told him to do it and he recited lyrics from famous 80’s metal bands. I would go as far to say that he probably created the wave that started most of the so-called ’satanic’ influenced killings since his time.   Richard Ramirez the night stalker

Ramirez was influenced by stories told by his cousin Mike who bragged to the 10-year-old with tales of torturing and mutilating Vietnamese women and showed him grotesque Polaroid pictures of his victims. Ramirez was also present when the cousin murdered his wife in cold blood.

Combine the stories of murder from his cousin Mike, the stiff hand of religious discipline from his father and put into play the right set of variables. I believe this was just enough to confuse and deteriorate any sense of logic or morale within his young mind. The torn down and twisted logic festered up the needed confusion to lead him into satanic practice in which ritualistic sacrifice came to play, which leade to his sadistic serial killings.

His reign of terror took place in California where he became known as ‘The Night Stalker’ because he only killed during the night. In total he murdered 13 people, 5 attempted murders, 11 sexual assaults and 14 burglaries.
On October 3, 1989 Ramirez was sentenced with the death penalty. The female members of his ‘fan club’ were crying. Ramirez, who was present for this (unlike the rest of his trial) was led from the courtroom smiling. “Big Deal,” he said. “Death always went with the territory.” Later as he was led in shackles back to the county jail, he added for reporters, “I’ll see you in Disneyland.”

NIGHT PROWLER Lyrics by AC/DC
Somewhere a clock strikes midnight
And there’s a full moon in the sky
You hear a dog bark in the distance
You hear someone’s baby cry
A rat runs down the alley
And a chill runs down your spine
Someone walks across your grave
And you wish the sun would shine
Cause no one’s gonna warn you
And no one’s gonna yell ‘Attack’
And you don’t feel the steel
Till it’s hanging out your back
CHORUS:
I’m your Night Prowler, I sleep in the day
I’m your Night Prowler, get out of my way
Look out for the Night Prowler, watch you tonight
I’m the Night Prowler, when you turn out the light …
Too scared to turn your light out
‘Cos there’s something on your mind
Was that a noise outside your window?
What’s that shadow on the blind?
As you lie there naked
Like a body in a tomb
Suspended animation
As I slip into your room
I’m your Night Prowler, break down your door
I’m your Night Prowler, crawling ‘cross your floor
I’m your Night Prowler, make a mess of you, yes I willNight Prowler, and I am telling this to you
There ain’t nothing you can do

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article Richard Ramirez ‘The Night Stalker’, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.

This guy was clearly tramatised as a youth and well into the beginning, his satanic beliefs were also probably the biggest excuse for killing, with his make beleif friend SATAN , I could say that this man was just another troubled youth in our eveyday society, who was never listen to as a kid our helped out as a youth. No shine!!!!!

Out of all the serials I have ever read about, this one gives me chills. Yeah, he is plain carzy, but what he is done is scary, and what bugs me is that I had to learn what he has done. It is a horrific fascination.
